Community Needs Assessment Project

The Community Foundation is conducting a community needs assessment to determine the most pressing areas of human service needs within Frederick County. The assessment focuses specific attention on the areas of health, basic human needs, and youth issues and is being conducted by the Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance of University of Baltimore, with Johns Hopkins University. To date, focus groups, a survey of nonprofit organizations and a public survey have been held.

The needs assessment results will be made public on August 29, 2011, at 10 a.m. The event will be held at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center. The public is invited to attend and is requested to complete a short registration form by clicking HERE.  Thank you for your participation.
