Brunswick Area Fund Awards Grant to Brunswick High School Band Boosters

FREDERICK, MD: June 8, 2011: The Brunswick High School Band Boosters recently received a $977 grant from The Brunswick Area Fund, a component fund of The Community Foundation of Frederick County.

The grant was used to purchase two euphoniums for the band. The fund, founded in 1993 by Judge and Mrs. William Wenner, and added to by many other community citizens, supports activities in Brunswick to enhance the quality of life for Brunswick area residents.
