Community Foundation Establishes Fund with Goodwill Industries to Honor W. Jerome Offutt

March 12, 2010: Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley recently created The W. Jerome Offutt/Goodwill Industries Fund with The Community Foundation of Frederick County. The Fund honors W. Jerome Offutt as one of the four original founders of the local Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley by supporting Goodwill clients and programming.
