Fundraiser to Benefit The Ryan
Patrick Murray Memorial Fund
July 12, 2010: The Washington Nationals present the
Ryan Patrick Murray Memorial Fund Night on Friday, August 13, at 7:05
p.m. when they host the Arizona Diamondbacks. A portion of the ticket
proceeds will benefit The Ryan Patrick Murray Memorial Fund, a
component fund of The Community Foundation of Frederick County.
Scoreboard Pavilion section tickets are available for $22 each, and $8
of each sale will benefit the Fund. Tickets can be purchased by

A resident of Frederick County, Ryan Patrick Murray graduated with the
Linganore High School Class of 2006. He passed away in April 2007
while attending his freshman year of college at Mars Hill College in
North Carolina. To honor his memory, his parents founded The Ryan
Patrick Murray Memorial Fund which provides post-secondary
scholarships for graduating high school seniors in Frederick County
who exhibit good character and have participated in a varsity baseball
program during their senior year.
