are now available. The Community Foundation must receive the
completed, signed application packet with all enclosures by Monday,
February 15, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. for consideration (not post-marked).

Public School Seniors ONLY:
We wish to clarify what attachments you need to submit to satisfy the
“transcript” portion of your Universal Comprehensive Scholarship
Application packet:

Submit an official copy of your FCPS Student
Transcript, which posts grades from year: 2008-2009 Grade 11. The
transcript MUST contain the Cumulative Grade Point average and be embossed
with the school seal.

In addition to the Junior year transcript,
you are required to submit your Secondary Report Card for school year
2009-2010, semester 1, Term 1. This report card does not need to have a
cumulative grade point listed.
All other applicants are required to
submit their most current transcript, which shows the Cumulative Grade
Point average from the 2009-2010 Fall Semester
